I am really upset - I ordered a lampshade in their sale and it was meant to be shipped in October. Customer service for West Elm is ATROCIOUS.We called months ago and spent roughly 30min on the phone with a service rep who then apparently never escalated our request. Absolutely awful customer service. Please see below: I ordered ten thousand dollars worth of lighting and furniture from West-elm in mid-April for a new house my husband and I purchased. This process is automatic. I NEVER received the table.

Schedule an appointment online or visit your local store to get started. I immediately contacted their customer services team who helpfully offered to send a replacement out straight away and promised that it would be delivered within a week. I am very dissatisfied mainly because I have not yet been able even to contact the customer service. How do I know I can trust these reviews about West Elm? So can anybod tell me What is West …This is a very socially-minded company that wants to source its products in the most sustainable and conscientious way possible. Please keep away from these people, it’s just not worth the risk. The delivery was on time and clean and careful and when they brought in my buffet and it felt crowded, I just asked them to please take it back.
